We were very happy with the excellent service we received from Bonds residential. Michelle was extremely helpful and very friendly and made the whole process of securing the property painless. Fantastic service on sale and purchase

We sold our house and purchased a new one through Bond. They were outstanding from start to finish. Everyone that we came into contact with was efficient, helpful and thorough. They knew exactly how to market the sale of our house and it was marketed and sold with 48hours! Throughout, we were made to feel that our sale and purchase were important to them and they kept us updated and answered questions, emails and phone calls faultlessly. The service was beyond our expectations and we would certainly use Bond again and recommend them.

Great Service

I couldn't decide whether to sell or rent my property and Bonds gave me all the help and advice I needed to make the right decision. They made an anxious process for me very relaxed and manageable and I would confidently recommend using them to anyone......especially Michelle!

First class service in all respects. Excellent communication and advice.

I have purchased a property using Bond and sold a property via Bond. On both occasions they were efficient, honest and communicated all progression very well. They say that buying and selling property is extremely stressful - in my experience using Bond made it straight forward and stress free.
