All started well. I sent a the information Allison requested. Was advised a section 8 would be sent out. Struggled to get Allsion on the phone as it was not sent. Was then advised we could roll with the section 21 that I had already issued myself. After that I called 3 times over a week and left messages with no reply whatsoever. I then sent a text message asking for her to reply to me with again no reply. I then got somebody else to call Allison's number and she picked up straight away showing I was being completely ignored. A horrible way to treat somebody who is already going through the stress of a bad tenant. The delays have cost me a lot of money. I would never recommend this company. Be very careful of a company that can only be contacted through a mobile. Lesson learned.
