Balgores South Woodham Ferrers

After we haven’t had any offers on our house with another estate agency, we’ve decided to go with Godfrey and Barr, which have a greater presence in our area and indeed within 4 weeks they’ve managed to deliver us 3 strong offers. We’ve closed the deal with one of them very quickly and we’re extremely grateful to both Jonathan and Emma for being very attentive and considering our needs. Emma was highly professional and lovely when she showed our house. She has established strong connections with the potential buyers. And Jonathan is highly experienced, knows the process well, without his support and valuable advise in every step, the sell might not have gone through. Worth highlighting the most challenging part, where Jonathan’s support was needed the most, was surprisingly after we’ve agreed on the price with the buyer. We strongly recommend to hire Godfrey and Barr if you’re considering selling your house.
