Ian at Godfrey and Barr was very professional when it came to the sale of my house. His valuation was very accurate, his advice about marketing was excellent. He was always available to take or return my calls quickly and kept me fully informed of what was going on. Excellent service. This is the second time I used Godfrey and Barr. I used them in my previous house sale and I will use them again if and when I will want to sell a property.
