I never thought I would say those words “my estate agent is fantastic”. Often there’s much to complain about. But, definitely not with Dean and Deidre from Ewemove. I first spoke to the Cheam and Sutton branch at the beginning of last year when I hadn’t made a final decision about selling my flat. Dean was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, so I knew I wanted to use them when it was time to sell. It was easy to communicate with Dierdre and Dean and they were available out of normal office hours. They set up a WhatsApp group which was used to update me on viewings and then on the progress of the sale. They are passionate about what they do and really care about getting a positive outcome. There was no chain, but some last-minute glitches – Dierdre and Dean dealt with these professionally and honestly to help the sale progress. This is the second time I have used Ewemove to sell my home, the first was with Graham at the Dorking branch. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
