From pain to pleasure!! We were in a position that our first buyer failed to complete, the day before we were due to move, we were then in boxes for over two months, whilst we worked on another buyer but they wouldn't work to our timescales, the stress was immense, not withstanding the additional financial burden and potential legal action due to incompetence of others.
