Dean was punctual and did a lot of research about the area and comparative house prices before arriving. He explained the way his business works and the overarching mantra for the business which is aiming to distinguish itself in the property market. I found Dean to be very personable and his approach was professional and friendly but also relaxed and not pushy in any way.
