We recently sold our home and were absolutely delighted with the service provided by Dean and Dee. Their communication was outstanding from start to finish. They were always extremely quick to respond (even out of hours, it made us wonder when they sleep!). We had regular, clear and reassuring updates from them via WhatsApp that kept us completely in the loop throughout. They were proactive in keeping everything moving as swiftly as possible, consistently staying on top of every detail and ensuring nothing fell through the cracks. From the outset, they were very honest and transparent with us about the unique aspects of our property and what kind of buyers it might attract. Dean gave us clear guidance on realistic pricing, what potential buyers were likely to be excited about, and practical steps we could take to get ahead of queries he thought were likely to be raised. He was able to give us an idea of the state of the market in the area and how to price to sell in the timelines we were after. His insight and upfront approach helped us feel prepared and confident throughout the process. We also found their support during some negotiations with our buyers invaluable. It was clear they genuinely cared about our situation and helped us navigate a stressful situation smoothly to achieve a result we were happy with. About
By way of introduction, we are Dean and Dierdre and we launched EweMove Cheam and Sutton in 2021. As newbies to the area we opted to do our leaflet drops ourselves to get to know the area and our local community. We have been blown away by how friendly and welcoming people are. We really feel at home now in Cheam and Sutton! My partner and I emigrated from South Africa two years ago where I had my own company in the commercial timber plantation industry. I have always had an interest in property and dabbled in the property market on the side. In fact, I managed to sell my home in South Africa within a week...during lockdown! Looking back it is no surprise that the property industry has become my industry of choice. We're a family business, and we offer a truly personal service where we put you first. Our service has resulted in some awesome reviews, and onward referrals which we feel honoured to receive. Negotiating and people skills are my forte. Dierdre, my partner, manages the office and all admin. In our relatively short time in this business, we've found that communication is key, and our Whatsapp groups with our clients make us available 24/7. We continually strive to sell our properties for above asking price, leaving satisfied clients but at the same time happy buyers. Completing being the goal! Both Dierdre and I enjoy people and love the fact that our business helps others realise their dreams and aspirations.
