From our first interaction with EweMove we knew that they would do everything possible to sell our house. Having met Dean and found him so personable and enthusiastic about our sale, we knew he had to be our Estate Agent. Dean and Dierdre are based in Cheam, just down the road from the property we were selling. They have an intimate knowledge of the local area; the types of property; and the needs of potential buyers. We are certain this helped with the sale of the house. Dean managed to get some viewings before we had even gone live on the selling portal. He quickly organised an open day and this led to an offer, above the sale price, which we accepted. Our conveyancing process had a few glitches and delays and Dean and Dierdre were fantastic. They did everything they could to help us. Throughout, they were in regular contact with us; replied to our queries very quickly, often out of business hours; informed us when they had updates from our buyers; and because the house was vacant, they were always more than happy to be on hand to provide access to the surveyors and tradesmen we found ourselves needing. Dean and Dierdre were exceptional. They provided a professional, personalised and friendly service. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of estate agent. By way of introduction, we are Dean and Dierdre and we launched EweMove Cheam and Sutton in 2021. As newbies to the area we opted to do our leaflet drops ourselves to get to know the area and our local community. We have been blown away by how friendly and welcoming people are. We really feel at home now in Cheam and Sutton! My partner and I emigrated from South Africa two years ago where I had my own company in the commercial timber plantation industry. I have always had an interest in property and dabbled in the property market on the side. In fact, I managed to sell my home in South Africa within a week...during lockdown! Looking back it is no surprise that the property industry has become my industry of choice. We're a family business, and we offer a truly personal service where we put you first. Our service has resulted in some awesome reviews, and onward referrals which we feel honoured to receive. Negotiating and people skills are my forte. Dierdre, my partner, manages the office and all admin. In our relatively short time in this business, we've found that communication is key, and our Whatsapp groups with our clients make us available 24/7. We continually strive to sell our properties for above asking price, leaving satisfied clients but at the same time happy buyers. Completing being the goal! Both Dierdre and I enjoy people and love the fact that our business helps others realise their dreams and aspirations.
