The service we received from when we first made the offer on our home right through to completion was excellent. We were updated regularly and never felt like we had to chase for information. We were impressed with the viewing and the friendliness of Kiran. She gave us most of the information we needed and had a professional manner. We did ask about whether the loft room was boarded but she didn’t know this. It also would have been nice to see the loft room but there was no access to it. We have the property in our minds and will use it as a point of comparison for other viewings we have lined up.

I have had a few viewings with Kiran. She is a lovely young lady and always punctual. She is informative about the properties we have been viewing without being too pushy.
