We had a great experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson. We were looked after incredibly well by Angela who probably kept the sale alive in the face of spectacular incompetence by our charlatan solicitors (WYM LEGAL). Essentially it took them 7 months to not get anywhere with our no-chain sale. WYM lied, went off-grid, took ages to get anything done (6 weeks for the draft contract, 4 months in trying (and failing) to have a restriction removed. During this time, everyone was stressed. Myself and the buyer too I imagine. But Angela kept everyone as happy and informed as they could be. She liaised with me, the buyer, both sets of solicitors and I think the buyer would have (justifiable) pulled out if not for Angela's hard work and dedication. So thank you Angela for keeping our sale alive. And doing so in a pleasant and kind manner too.

I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that dealing with some estate agents can be very frustrating. Not only when you are a seller, but also when you are a purchaser. And so I find dealing with Robinson Michael and Jackson a refreshing experience. I've recently completed a purchase through them, and I've been made to feel like a valued customer at all times. I've been informed of developments regularly. And they've been very good at keeping my solicitors informed also.
