Had an amazing experience with Robinson Michael & Jackson so far during a very stressful period of trying to find and buy a new home! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with quick responses to all phone calls, emails and offers! Highly recommend to anyone searching/selling a house to go through them!

I found Gabija professional but like most estate agents for everyday non luxury premises, majority seem to have limited information on the property which might also come down to some sellers on certain occasions, depending what information they themselves are aware of or…probably not enough care until a potential offer comes up.

We were impressed with the viewing and the friendliness of Kiran. She gave us most of the information we needed and had a professional manner. We did ask about whether the loft room was boarded but she didn’t know this. It also would have been nice to see the loft room but there was no access to it. We have the property in our minds and will use it as a point of comparison for other viewings we have lined up.

I have had a few viewings with Kiran. She is a lovely young lady and always punctual. She is informative about the properties we have been viewing without being too pushy.
