I’ve been trying to view a property to let for two weeks. Every time I call the office I am told no one is available and that they “will mark it as urgent” yet no one has ever got back to me.

Worst agents I've ever come across in my life... property management... blocked drains, an toilet that didn't flush and a damp house, and these guys had the cheek to try and charge us for cleaning! Steer clear!

I am sorry to hear about your frustration! However this property was not one we completely managed and the landlord did take care of your maintenance issues. We was also instructed by the landlord to take a small cleaning charge for the kitchen.
