I have always been worried to deal with estate agents. More so being a new landlord but Keeran and Ralph took care of everything smoothly and kept me updated all the while. Overall, a very positive experience dealing with Medway Premier Homes.

I am so pleased to have made the decision to have Medway Premier Homes manage our flats. Their (evidently) robust tenant-finding process has found us tenants that are paying on-time and not causing any issues. Any issues that have arisen (mostly utilities-related), Keeran and Ralph have gone above and beyond what I expected from a “fully managed service” to ensure problems are dealt with. Some of the issues have meant multiple visits as well as multiple phone calls at all hours! They are very approachable and very amenable. Their suggestions (clearly backed by some well-founded experience) have been refreshing and solution-orientated, taking a lot of the guess-work out for me! Although our properties were newly refurbished, issues arose that I simply couldn’t have legislated for. I’m so grateful that Medway Premier Homes were able to pick-up the reigns and get things sorted very quickly. This great service along with a very competitive management free, means they have set the bar very high! I highly recommend Medway Premier Homes!

These guys are always helpful and will go out of there way to do all they can for you. If you are renting or selling they keep on top of things.

Ralph and Keeran made the whole process of moving so easy. Ralph met me at the property and showed me around, gave information on the area and the building itself. Keeran was very quick to reply to any questions I've had and made the whole process very quick and easy.
