Great team with an especially kind, supportive and hard working individual called Maria from the progressing team. Not only did she stay on top of everything but she also tackled anything no matter what you threw at her, from the basics of understanding questions in hard paperwork which even adults find hard to understand to solve and explain any questions you have A-Z. I Mean, I had a whole roller-coaster of a process not only because my solicitor was slow but it was also because of the up and down moments I had with communication between the solicitors. I almost gave up and was thinking about re-mortgage, thinking to avoid this one opportunity to go on the property ladder but Maria was incredibly positive and supportive even in the toughest times. And The icing on the top which was the patience of the team including Jamie Nicol, Robert Langley and Chris Perkins by them willingly sacrificing there time, even after the branch was suppose to close, this proves they do everything in consideration of your benefit. I contacted a couple of estate agents to value my fathers house, as you can imagine assisting a relative sell a property can be pretty stressful! Jamie came round to value the property & engaged well with my dad who suffered from a stroke a few years back, he was extremely helpful, patient & assisted us with no feeling of pressure at all. We arranged an open day within a week & the team got an amazing 11 viewings. I dropped my fathers key off to the branch (Jamie offered for someone to collect), on arrival the blonde lady at the front desk had a lovely big smile, was approachable and listened to me as I excitedly mentioned my expectations of the viewings. Emma who I spoke with on the telephone managed the open the day and assisted all the viewers/viewings of the house, when I spoke to Emma on the phone she was lovely, she was just as excited as I was that the viewings went well and we had two offers, naturally reviewing the potential buyers circumstance we went with the higher bid and the joy in her voice it was clear how happy she was for the family buying as well as us selling. It’s been a 10/10 experience, every member of the team has been helpful and truly made this situation as stress free as possible.
