Luke is a knowledgeable, has been great to hear the detailed history of each of the properties he has shown us.

Bought a flat through Robinson Jackson Catford and honestly couldn’t be happier with how smooth everything went. Found a property online called up and arranged a viewing with Emma for the very next day – she’s super fast, lovely, really friendly and helpful. We liked the place and put in an offer, which got accepted, and then it all went over to the solicitors. They’ve got a separate progress team and Chris was our main contact – absolute legend. Really knows his stuff with all the legal bits and was always on hand to explain anything we didn’t quite get. Proper helpful from start to finish, honestly made the whole process way less stressful. We had an absolutely brilliant experience with Robinson Jackson. We viewed 3 properties through Robinson Jackson and had Rob as our agent. Rob was a delight and was absolutely brilliant throughout, firstly he was incredibly knowledgeable about both the properties (not all estate agents are) but the most impressive part was his customer care. He was constantly checking in with us to update us on the status of the property we had offered on and to check in on how our sale was going and was always responsive to our (many) questions! A special shoutout to Emma who also was incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze in a last minute viewing on another property and was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
