We liked the place and put in an offer, which got accepted, and then it all went over to the solicitors. They’ve got a separate progress team and Chris was our main contact – absolute legend. Really knows his stuff with all the legal bits and was always on hand to explain anything we didn’t quite get. Proper helpful from start to finish, honestly made the whole process way less stressful.
