What’s more stressful than moving house? Going from view to offer to exchange to complete and move in less than three weeks, that’s what. Or at least it would have been, if Chris, Ellie and the team weren’t on the case with an efficiency and attention to detail that makes you feel like you’re the only client they have. “Going the extra mile” gets overused, but Chris and Ellie quite literally did just that, bringing papers to the house to sign, and dropping them off at my solicitor to make sure that what was - on paper at least - a straightforward sale and purchase went through as quickly as possible. From the first viewing with the lovely Ellie—who treated us as serious buyers from the start, unlike some other estate agents we encountered—to the final steps of exchange with Chris’ assistance, we could not have asked for kinder, more professional people.
