Three stars for the whole process with costs adding up for 12 months. 5 stars for ease of communication with team. The first prospective buyer wasted a lot of time. Second buyer under Nikki’s diligent direction managed to close within a reasonable period. Highly recommend her professionalism and excellent customer service!
