Our house sale completed last Friday. Nikki was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. When the buyers’ surveyor visited the property without our knowledge or authorisation, Nikki owned the mistake despite us not needing to know who was responsible or asking to, and explained how it wouldn’t happen again. This is an often underestimated and overlooked aspect of great customer service but gave us complete trust in Nikki.
