Due to an unforeseen circumstance that was nobody's fault our purchase took months longer than it should have done but Lorraine from Robinson Jackson was amazing. She kept everyone informed throughout and pushed and nagged solicitors on our behalf. Having Lorraine on our side made a stressful time much easier. We would probably have given up and pulled out without her but I'm so pleased we didn't as we' now really happy in our new home.
