We've been dealing with Park & Bailey as tenants recently as we move into a P&B managed property. Coming from a Savills-managed flat, where you're never quite sure who you're going to speak to (and your trickier problems are passed around like hot potatoes), we've been extremely impressed by the personal nature of our interactions with Park & Bailey.
