We were tenants for 1 year of a property managed by Park & Bailey Lettings based in Caterham. Throughout this time I don't think we could have wished for more pleasant people to deal with, especially with all the horror stories you hear. Our entry and exit as tenants was simple, well instructed and our time in that year, well supported in a prompt manner. I'd recommend P&B look at, if they haven't done so already, an onboarding process that doesn't require coming into the office just to sign documents e.g use of Docusign.
