Liam, the current manager of this branch has a good team and leads it well. the sales team were professional and helpful, particularly 'Josh' one of the latest members of staff. Where this branch particularly stands out and deserves recognition is with it's progression team and especially Sue Hodson. We missed out on a lovely property in a development we were keen to buy in, however a client of Park and Bailey were buying a property via them but selling their property in the same development via your move, as soon as Park & Bailey got wind that their sale fell through with your move, true to his word Tobi (whom I found to be excemplary) put a word in for us and we got our longed for beautiful house! Their sales progression team esp Debs have been second to none and when I needed to get the property quoted for some contractor work before the exchange, Josh made it happen! He even waited around for up to an hour without rushing us or trying to hurry up the process.
