We have just exchanged on a house that Park & Bailey were representing and are over the moon. We were kept up to date and was a relatively quick and well managed process. This is particularly impressive considering the amount of house sales in the market right now, it would be normal to expect standards to slip but we were made to feel important still. Something I have noticed is that they represent the majority of houses in Caterham and surrounding areas, they get a lot of viewings and houses tend to get an offer quickly.
