10 Years ago we sold and bought our home through Park and Bailey's branch in Coulsdon and could not fault the service so we decided to use them again for the sale of our home in Caterham on the Hill. Selling and buying through a pandemic is challenging however Kay and Alex took total control of the viewings and the house was under offer in a matter of days. Really pleased with the service we received from park and Bailey, all staff were friendly and helpful with good knowledge on the local area. We dealt with Mark on most occasions and he was great, so polite and nothing was ever too much trouble. Would definately recommend.

It was a good start but as time went on I felt it went off the boil. Lots of time wasters coming to view with no intention of buying, communication from Roxy and Thomason was great, as this lengthy period went on I emailed to take it off the market, this never happened, eventually a buyer was found and again a lengthy process of silence, we’d given up if I’m honest, then received a call to ask us to be out in one week, when I said this was impossible they asked Why? I then agreed personally with the buyers a reasonable date to vacate and complete. I did a lot of the negotiation myself. I do repeat though that Roxy & Thomason are a credit to your business

The service was excellent but they can’t keep your information safe, anyone can ask them about the information of sale and purchase.

We recently purchased a house using the Park & Bailey Caterham branch. Lynne was fantastic and very enthusiastic showing us round the property answering any questions we had. Its just a shame the rest of our expereince with P&B wasnt as great.

Mixed experience. Seem to have all the good properties in Caterham. V. Efficient during taking out a contract, and were really impressive. Coming to the end of a tenancy now and their communication has been very poor. Discussions of terms do not seem to be recorded and "I will get x to call / email you back" equates to: "they will not call."
