Don’t normally leave reviews as never have had such a bad experience. We viewed a property and knew straight away we wanted to rent. Offered the asking price which was then a waiting game (slow to get back to us). We got news our offer had been accepted which was great news to us and our family. Straight away we started preparing , contacting energy providers , ordering items ready to move etc. We then received an email days later after agreeing the price , saying a higher offer had now been offered and accepted. No attempts of a counter offer had been made by the estate agent even though a verbal agreement had been made. This is morally wrong but legally nothing can be done. Very unprofessional. Not much else to say, Avoid!

Arrogant attitudes. Unprofessional service. Complete miscommunication between staff. They use bullying tactics to force you into move in dates that were not agreed. They backtrack on their word and do not fulfill their obligations. The property had not been properly cleaned on checkin as promised. The most unpleasant, inadequate and stressful experience I've ever had moving. Will never user again.
