The house is just fair and the price is too high. In addition, the location of the boiler is TOO dangerous for the occupants. In the event of gas leak from the boiler or maintenance need this will create a lot …

Not a great experience, sale failed after 5+ months due to buyer having insufficient funds, even though was told was a predominately cash buyer. Carol on the other hand is absolutely amazing, she goes above and beyond every day, I hope Rob appreciates her!

Kerstie in the sales team is lovely and very helpful ,however some in the progression team are rude and very un helpful. 5 months and still no movement on house sale and told to just wait for further infomation , vendors have no motivation to move out of property and are dragging their heels and the progression team are not motivating them knowing how long it is taking , they just keep saying that the house they are buying probate hasnt come back since may, ive now called around and spoken to 8 other estate agents and my local MP who have all said probate is coming back quickly at present so there is a problem somewhere, either it hasnt been submitted correctly or at all , the vendors havent even had a survey done after 5 months and wont progress im told until probate back delaying sale even further ! , ive paid out over £700 in survey and searches on this property and having to pay £400 a month for storage now , It seems alot of excuses are being made by the vendors as to why they wont move forward with survey etc and the progression team agree with them ,its ok for me to lose money monthly whilst waiting for them ,but not ok for them to pay out for a survey to move things along quicker , no one has the motivation to get this sorted out, this is peoples lives you are dealing with, it is not a joke ! ,im sure if you was in this situation you would feel the same way,I would never recomnend this estate agents for purchases .

Reply from Robinson Jackson - Ebbsfleet Garden City: Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Firstly, we are pleased to hear that Kerstie has been helpful throughout your purchase and we will ensure your kind comments are passed on to her. We are genuinely sorry to hear of your frustration regarding the timescales involved. We completely appreciate that purchasing a property can be stressful, particularly when delays result in additional expense and uncertainty. Whilst we understand your concerns, the delays in this particular transaction relate to matters outside of our direct control. The purchase is dependent upon the administration of a probate estate and progress can only be made once certain legal processes have been completed. We appreciate that these timescales can be difficult for all parties involved. Throughout the transaction, we have sought to keep you informed whenever updates have been received and we continue to liaise with all parties to help progress the matter as quickly as possible. As estate agents, we are unable to compel buyers, sellers, solicitors or third parties to take specific actions, but we will always do our utmost to encourage communication and movement wherever possible. We are sorry that your experience with our progression team has not met the high standards we strive to deliver and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly. Please feel free to contact our Ebbsfleet office and ask for the Branch Manager. We genuinely hope this matter reaches a successful conclusion soon and thank you for your patience during what has clearly been a frustrating process. Kind regards, the RJ Ebbsfleet Garden City team
