We bought our lovely new house through Robinson Jackson and just wanted to say a massive thank you to Tracy. She kept us updated with everything along the way, and was completely honest with how it was progressing. We really appreciate all of her help and are very happy in our new home! 😊 …
We received excellent service throughout our purchase. Matt arranged our viewing and agreed the offer with the vendor in a timely manner. Tracy helped progress our purchase through every step of the process and kept us updated throughout, she was always pleasure to deal with and even assisted us following completion.
Absolutely amazing team, started with Matt showing us the apartment who was polite, friendly and not "pushy" at all. Tracy then followed up all the way through to settlement. Tracy was friendly and always ready to listen if we needed help or advice. Would highly recommend the whole team.
From start to finish the team were efficient and professional. I personally would like to thank Tracy for the hard work that she personally put in to make the sale progress to exchange.
Tracy and the team was great and a smooth sale no stress
