Beth was really helpful with the entire viewing process, she was here on time, answered all my questions and shared all the relevant details about the property.

These five stars are all because of the sales progressing manager at Robinson Jackson, Tracy Wright who got us through our sale during a very pressing period due to the stamp duty increase deadline. She kept me informed at all times and always put me at ease when the pressure was on. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to making it all happen and Robinson Jackson are very lucky to have such a hardworking understanding member in their team!

From the very beginning, when I first called with interest in two properties, I was assisted by Kerstie, who was incredibly polite, clear, and professional. She promptly arranged the viewings and made the entire process smooth and efficient. Her communication was excellent, and I appreciated her quick follow-up and attention to detail. Then I met Joe (Joseph) at the viewing and I must say, his approach was fantastic. Joe explained everything in such an honest, calm, and straightforward way. There was no sales pitch, no exaggeration, just clear facts and natural communication. It didn’t feel like talking to a scripted agent , it felt like speaking to someone who genuinely cares. His friendly and trustworthy manner stood out so much. I said jokingly, “Other property is mine!” just because of how comfortable and confident his presence made me feel. Joe met me again for another viewing, and the same positive impression remained. I was so reassured by his clarity and honesty that I felt confident offering a little more than I had planned , simply because I trusted him. Once again, I joked, “This is my property!” and he smiled, calmly and kindly, just like before. Having viewed many properties with different agents, I don’t leave reviews.
