I used Red Squirrel to manage two flats over the past year. They have been timely and effective in finding good tenants, as well as when one tenant left at the end of the tenancy. More importantly, given the properties were old and needed a lot of repairs (with the seller actually leaving them in a worst state than expected), Red Squirrel dealt with this rather tiresome list of repairs in stride and with a lot of patience, which would otherwise be very hard for me to handle from far away.

Robinson Jackson Ebbsfleet have been super supportive, answering our questions and helping us understand each phase of the process. Update: I would recommend shopping around for solicitors or conveyancers and not using the recommended, especially if not super experienced in purchasing / selling a property and need a solicitor that explains the process and requirements including timeframes helping avoid any unnecessary stress.
