The sales team that we had were absolutely excellent Amanda and Joe done an amazing job. They found us a buyer quickly, which was extremely good. But on the downside, we was told that the buyer was ready to go straight away. This turned out to be untrue. As we like to found out that the buyer was in a chain of five. However, I don’t blame the sales team for this, We started having problems once it went onto the progress which we found very stressful. We was not kept up-to-date on information. I had to personally call or email to get any information. It was not voluntarily given over to us. The whole operation should’ve been transparent. We was constantly told by the progress we are only waiting for one enquiry and as soon as that inquiry was answered, she would come back to us and say oh no, sorry we are waiting for another inquiry. Then we were told three months into the sale that the buyer wanted to get a survey on the property which is quite normal but not at this late stage. This should’ve been done at the beginning of it and should’ve been pushed by the progress. Once that was done, we found out that there was a management pack needed from our buyer, Again, this should’ve been highlighted at the beginning of the sale. We was on the brink of pulling out of this sale as it was not going well and we was now into it six months from start to finish. Fortunately, for us the progress what was deal with us? Went on jury service did not inform us that she would be out of the office no communications at all.. But this turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as the sale of our property was been taken over by by the maids don’t Offic the progress there Jody seems to have picked things up contacted solicitors contacted as other estate agents and rest straight in and sorted the situation with ease. We was always told by our original progress or no I’m sorry we don’t have nothing to do with the solicitors. They just do their own thing. So I don’t really know how they could call this service as a progressive if anything I think she delayed the whole process and caused unnecessary stress. Ask for a recommendation I have mixed feelings on this, but I’m sure you could make your own mind up after reading this. But the actual sales team, I could not fought in anyway. And the progress who took over from the one we had Jody from the Maidstone office was absolutely excellent.
