Not only did I have a terrible experience when I rented from Northwood but 3 years on I am now being contacted by a third party because Northwood have shared my details with them incorrectly saying that I have "recently moved". I haven't lived in a Northwood property for 3 years and my details are being willingly shared to third party companies. Not happy at all!NegativeProfessionalism

agree with these letting agents, I have been living in a property since last 2 years and finally purchased a property and trying to move in because I was in rolling contract and I have informed them on Oct 7th where I will vacate on Nov 15. They say my contract is from 3rd of every month. And asking me to pay to Dec 3rd. Ridiculous people. During the whole of pandamic I received no supported. I made regular payments still very hungry for money. I really have very low regards for them. Thanks, Raj

Welcome to the worst estate

Welcome to the worst estate agent in Wales, possibly the world? Do not bother wasting your time. I made four phone calls and waited for a response that never came. I was even booked in to see a property with no confirmation call which I was told I would receive. Alas, no one called me to confirm. A man called Dan was supposed to call me back on several occassions, but now am of the impression that Dan does not actually exist. Either that or he is hiding in the toilet.

Messed me about, weren't really interested in taking me on. Surprised they have 4.5 stars.NegativeQuality
