I have 25 years as a landlord and in the past few years have dealt with Nicholas Humphreys and particular Jess who is out of the top drawer in terms of promptness, accuracy and judgement. Jess gives me confidence that tenants will be properly and promptly sourced and that removes many elements of the stress involved

Jess Kay manages to combine being very professional with being very personable to deal with. She is extremely constructive and effective in finding student groups for our different properties and the feed back we get from tenants is always positive.

I have been in student properties with Nicholas Humphreys for two years and my experience has been great. They make the viewing and application process very simple and are proactive throughout the tenancy as well. They have created a very positive student housing experience for myself and my friends, so I would definitely recommend them to other students in Canterbury.
