We had struggled to find private student house in Canterbury, but Jovi was more than happy to help. He was able to quickly find us somewhere and sorted the paperwork. Nothing was too much of an ask. During our tenancy, Jovi was quick at responding to messages and made sure everything was done with disruption to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to move to the area as they have been overall faultless! :)

By far they have been the best agency i have rented though. They were very quick in responding to issues and made the duration of our tenancy easy. Jovi in particular was fantastic by going out of his way to accommodate us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for rentals in the area.

Had the best experience with Humphrey’s and every member of staff we spoke to in our journey to find our university student housing. Jovi was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in every stage and even drove us back home after the viewing alongside helping us move things into the correct rooms :) Having had experience with other companies for finding accommodation, the service at Humphrey’s is incomparable! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to move house for a pleasant and nice experience.

Cant say a single bad word about our estate agent (Jovi). He has been patient with us all throughout and has helped us and talked us through absolutely everything. He has gotten any and every problem sorted very quickly with absolutely no problems, would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!!

Had a problem with our heating at the property we were renting under Nicholas Humphreys. As university students this can be stressful and scary especially when the temperature outside is already so low during the winter period. However we had great responses and communication from the estate agent, who was in constant contact with us and the landlords. Together they were able to fix the issue within a matter of a couple of days (minus weekend disruptions due to the boiler company being closed).
