Had a problem with our heating at the property we were renting under Nicholas Humphreys. As university students this can be stressful and scary especially when the temperature outside is already so low during the winter period. However we had great responses and communication from the estate agent, who was in constant contact with us and the landlords. Together they were able to fix the issue within a matter of a couple of days (minus weekend disruptions due to the boiler company being closed). Have been living in a property with NH since July and have had the best experience renting since being at Uni for 3 years. I don’t think I could recommend them enough to students especially. They really take the effort to care for their tenants. Considering the bad luck I’ve had with student renting in the past I am 100% going to be looking to use NH again for my final year.
