Jess Kay manages to combine being very professional with being very personable to deal with. She is extremely constructive and effective in finding student groups for our different properties and the feed back we get from tenants is always positive.

I have been in student properties with Nicholas Humphreys for two years and my experience has been great. They make the viewing and application process very simple and are proactive throughout the tenancy as well. They have created a very positive student housing experience for myself and my friends, so I would definitely recommend them to other students in Canterbury.

Maja was fantastic during my property viewings today. She was professional and friendly. She showed me two properties and carefully analyzed them for me. When I mentioned other preferences, she was very patient and kept an eye out for suitable options. Highly recommend!
