We rented a place with Martin and co. for two years, the whole time they were professional and responded quickly and informatively if we had any problems. When the property we were in was being sold by the landlord they were very quick to let us know as well as being helpful and supportive in the process of moving out. The property itself was in very good condition when we moved in and in a wonderful location. Only reason not at 5 stars is there were a couple of maintenance issues that were never sorted but they did not have major impacts of quality of living there so I'm not too mad, and a slight delay in return of deposit but nothing concerning. Absolutely one of the best letting agencies I have used and I have used quite a lot!
This was a long sale for various reason but i was kept informed and when i emailed, most of them were responded to promptly. They were great for helping me over the years with the rental of my property. Definately recommended.

Really comfortable place to stay
This is my first time renting, and Martin & Co is the agency I’ve been working with. At the beginning, I experienced some miscommunication with the team—mainly because when I moved in, there were several things in the property that needed fixing, including machines, flooring, and general wear and tear. Unfortunately, the previous tenant hadn’t reported these issues, which made things feel overwhelming for me as a first-time, sole tenant. I was quite anxious, worrying I might be stuck in a property that wasn’t in its best condition, and with limited experience, it was difficult to know how to manage the repairs on my own. However, everything improved once Kirsty Stevens became my main point of contact. She has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and, most importantly, empathetic. Every time I reported a maintenance issue, she handled it promptly and made me feel supported throughout the process. Thanks to her professionalism and understanding, the experience has become much more positive :)
