These people are criminals. They invite themselves in to your home without warning and refuse to return deposits. Avoid at all costs.

Worst estate agent ever They never get anything done They are bunch of incompetent workers Everything is late Tenantes never happy Always charging you extra money for this and that Overall I am very unhappy with this place and rather stay homeless than rent / buy house from these guys Don't use this agency !!!!!!!!

Do not use if a student. They lie about fees, never contact u. And say there are never around. Not worth the trouble

A truly terrible letting agency, extremely poor communication with both landlords and tenants, especially if you're a student! They lie, convolute things, and they are lazy. Stay away from this letting agency if you don't want your time wasted and money stolen.

i cannot describe in words how poor mann lettings are in every aspect. mushroom growing in my room, so so unclean and mucky upon moving into the property. their employees for customer service are so mind numbingly dumb and useless at even the most basic things. REPEATED problems EVERY SINGLE month of receiving calls (from someone who can barely speak English) about underpayment, overpayment, missed payments, etc. When we paid every month. i said to him "is that including the November rent?" twice, and then he hung up on me. my ending description of mann lettings is: money grabbing, pathetic, dumb, useless, stress provoking, uncaring, disgraceful company that shouldn't be allowed to exist. I will never use them again.
