Would give 0 stars if I could - these people SCAM you for money, especially students. You pay the deposit in cash and they word their way around it in the contract/tenancy agreement to look like you have never paid a deposit and therefore owe you nothing. When our tenancy was coming to an end, the estate agent came round and I had been working a long night shift and my room was shut as I was asleep due to getting back at 9am, he was banging on my door and although I couldn't hear anything he was trying to impress the girls he was showing by making rude comments about me saying i'd been up all night with a boy (completely untrue btw!!!) and proceeded to bang on my door until I woke up in a fright. Honestly they need to be closed down, if you go through them do it as your own risk - they steal money and make the whole renting process horrible. I am currently in touch with a property ombudsman to sort out the deposit for me and my other roommates. BEWARE !!!!!

What an absolute joke of a company. Gave my property to these jokers in October last year to let. They give it all the talk and deliver sweet nothing. Two months in I have had to chase them about only having a photo of the exterior of the property and nothing on the interior. In late December had to chase them again as no correspondence from them all all. Advised them to drop prices if need be to get the property let. Three months later get an email from them saying property has a dead pigeon on the ledge and paint flaking in the entrance and is not up to standard. The property in question was absolutely fine when given to them over 6 months ago and they are the only agent with keys!!!!!! Absolute shambles. Will be reporting to the property ombudsman

This agency beggars belief. They are unprofessional, lie constantly and I am just about to launch legal proceedings against the agency and the landlord. Watch the national press in the coming months as I promise that I will expose their dodgy practices. Avoid this organisation at all cost. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. My housemates and I rented a property for 2 years through Mann and all aspects of service were abysmal. Let me give some examples. No heating for 3 months Broken washing machine Broken microwave Broken dishwasher Hole in backdoor Front door inaccessible Rotten hole in utility room Most furniture broken All of these problems were fixable. Staff from Mann took over a month to fix each issue, especially the heating (3 months). Staff make promises they cannot keep and make it extremely difficult to get things done unless there is monetary incentive on their behalf. Would never use this letting agent again. Save yourselves the hassle.

I was going to wait until the end of our student tenancy to review Mann but I am certain the service will never improve, so why would I wait? Mann Lettings will consistently let you down. I don't know whether it is because we are students that we do not get a good service, but if I could give them zero stars, I would. The staff lie to you, the staff contradict each other, the staff make promises they can't keep. No one seems to know what is going on - and that's just the letting agents. Hussam Nurie is the best thing to happen to the company, but there's little he could do for their reputation. Mann Prop - the organisation that is MEANT to look after you and the repairs in your property - are abysmal at best. 6 months in the property and we still have a front door that does not always shut properly and missing panels in our garden fence allowing people to just wander on to the property. We were without a washing machine for a month and nearly scammed into thinking we would have to wait another 6 months (luckily I kept the quoting guys number). The most recent drama is Mann Prop's belief that water leaking from a light socket is "not an emergency" and have left it for two months for the ceiling to fill up. My roommates and I have gone out of our way and spent our own money to fix issues in the house, to replace broken items in the house. Stay away at all costs.
