My partner and I just finished the process of buying our first home through Miles & Barr estate agents. James was very accommodating in squeezing us in for a viewing for a house we loved the very next day after it was put on the market. Rebecca helped with the sales progression and gave us some helpful advice in navigating a long chain.

Although the property still needs some eternal work, we both Loved the property this time round and can see the changes that have been made. Look forward to hearing what structual changes have been made and if there has been damp course And electric and up to date boiler certi ficate. Rhyss our estate agent was lovely, very easy to talk to and allowed us time to have a good look around without being rushed. He also answered our questions and would find out the things he couldn't answer.

Jed was punctual and waiting for us outside the property. He was friendly, engaging and listened to our questions and thoughts. I am sure when he has been in the role a little longer his confidence will grow more.
