Miles and Barr

Our experience as buyers has so far been great with Miles and Barr. I would like to thank Shannon Philipps for being especially helpful during the negotiation of offer stage. Rebecca Gravener is now helping us through the next stages and has been amazing, keeping us updated at each stage of the process.

Without the hard work of their sales progressor (Rebecca Gravener) we wouldn't have been able to purchase the property due to numerous external hurdles and incompetent solicitors on the vendors side.

Very good experience selling my late parents house .Very friendly professional team .Rebecca is exceptional at her job and I cannot thank her enough for her help and support she has given me throughout a very difficult time

Absolutely brilliant, Rebecca helped us with a difficult property purchase. Her communication was amazing throughout, but especially when things started to go wrong. Everything got sorted at the last moment, I'm not sure that would have happened if she wasn't pushing through the purchase. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, efficient service, thank you

Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. As a first time buyer I found them very approachable and happy to answer any concerns or questions I had. Denise helped me through my first time purchase by keeping me well informed and updated throughout. Communication was excellent and I felt well supported throughout the process. Thanks to Denise's help I am now excited to move into my new home!

Well what can I say this company has found us one of the best flats on the market in Canterbury town center. Everyone in the office was so nice and pleasant. How lovely to see all the team putting them self out to please buyers. For the young girls and don't forget the men . Well done. P.S. if you want to find a place in the surrounding area of Canterbury this is the company to go with. 10/10. And two special people Chloe and Olivia
