Lovely experience with John Payne agency! Justine Roe was super kind and always attentive in order to provide us the best service and pace to get us the property ready. In such a dificult time that me and my wife are passing with our pregnancy, Justine was able to accommodate all our needs and have everything ready for us in just a week! Amazing work! Since I came to England I can boldly say Johnpayne has the best customers service to far. Very professional and great guidance all through the process.And they didn't ask for any holding deposit, you pay your rent and deposit after all the processes checks are complete.hoping to continue letting and refer anyone to them .
