Well; to give a broader context and some background, the man himself, John spent a lot of time at my mortgaged property 2-3 years ago which I was keen to sell and provided invaluable wisdom and guidance on how best to perhaps proceed given my circumstances . Complexities ensued regrettably and fast forward to 2025 I find myself having very slick and professional dealings with the great team, most notably Charlie and Angela at my local branch as i entered the rental market. The team are proficient and to the point certainly never making a mountain out of a mustard seed and have been a joy to deal with. Long may this continue to be the case :)

Professional service. I would recommend them to look after your assets. In this day and age we need letting agents that know what they are doing and Paynes does. Good job.

Rhys Whittock was very knowledgeable in sales for properties and I enjoyed coming out to the viewing. If anyone wants to understand a bit more about the market and have questions that haven’t been answered I feel like Rhys would be the best person to go to. :)
