Rhys from Miles and Barr showed me round a property today, really impressed with his knowledge of the house and how it could suit different needs (was vacant with no furniture). Personable and not pushy- a refreshing change!

Miles & Barr have looked after us very well through what was (through no fault of our own) a long and difficult house sale/purchase. Denise especially has worked absolute magic holding together a rather fraught and fragile chain. I have no doubt that if it wasn't for her determination to get us the result we wanted, the whole thing would have collapsed months ago, she did an absolutely amazing job and was wonderful at keeping us informed or even just picking up the phone when I needed someone to sound stuff off throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend Miles & Barr to anyone looking to sell/purchase in Canterbury area.

Further to my recent review of Miles & Barr, I would like to add that Georgia was extremely helpful in answering enquiries and obtaining meter readings (as we live far from the house we were selling).

My Mum and I viewed a property today with Rhys and Jed. We felt very relaxed and able to take our time looking round the property. They were both very professional and welcoming and answered all our questions. Overall a great viewing experience. Thank you.

Couldn’t recommend miles and Barr enough had a brilliant experience selling our house with them, we was kept up-to-date at every step of the process and James, who was helping us was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt a bother when we had questions and James always took the time for us.

Lynette and Jed? (you were great but my memory isn't) were amazing. Though we've only had a couple viewings so far I have zero doubt that they'll continue to be as great as they have been. It's a big move me and my friend are making fron London to Canterbury and Lynette simply knew the answer to any questions we had and more.

We had a great experience visiting a house in Canterbury today. The sales advisor Rhys Whittock, was very welcoming. He’d done some checking up previously about an inquiry I had made for parking which I really appreciated. He new the house well and had a really good way of offering us information when we needed it and being open to our questions as well.
