We made several visits to Canterbury to view properties and the whole team in the office were friendly. very helpful and made us very welcome. Lynette shone, on the various visits showing us numerous properties and was very knowledgeable about the properties and the surrounding area. We never felt pushed for time (as we do ask questions!). Once we put an offer in on a home, Rhyss took over the process. If we had a question, we always got straight through to Rhyss who was very much on the ball. Sadly, due to our own house falling through, we had to pull out of Canterbury. When we are up and running again, we shall certainly be returning to Miles & Barr Canterbury. We could not recommend them highly enough.
