Staff have been very helpful at every stage and a great bunch of people to work with. From the initial listing, to finding a buyer and the sales progression at the end was a first class journey. They helped with the onward purchase of our new property and helped us massively with this even though the purchase wasn't through them. Professional and helpful cant recommend them enough.

All the way from Toronto Canada, we wandered in to M&B. We are looking for a small vacation place. We met Brooke Handley and she has been extremely helpful with our search. We have only a very short time here, and we know very little about the area and about the real estate process in the UK (spoiler alert - it is VERY different than in Canada). Brooke made us feel immediately welcome and despite the limitations we imposed, she was able to set up four showings in one day on EXTREMELY short notice. She even highlighted and quickly got us into a very new listing which fits all our criteria. Our house has only been on the market for just over a week and we’ve already had far more viewings than we had originally anticipated. This is due to Miles and Barr’s excellent presentation and promotion of the property. We’ve also been delighted with Emily and Brooke who have hosted the majority of clients viewing the house. They are both highly professional, courteous and friendly, both to us but also of course to the viewing clients. They fully understand the property and are able to answer client questions but will defer to us as vendors when we have been asked questions about the property or have contributions to make. Well what can I say this company has found us one of the best flats on the market in Canterbury town center. Everyone in the office was so nice and pleasant.
