Miles and Barr

Tai walked me around a property in faversham, can I just say what a welcoming, friendly guy! He assured me that he would keep me posted and send me everything that we needed to move forward- stuck to his word. He wasn’t too pushy but also …

The staff were very professional and were incredibly helpful and had great communication with us as we set up our tenancy.

Everything to like about John Payne estate agents, who I chose after reviewing 7 others. A difficult sale, but their relationship with the buyer - esp. Vicki's - brought it through when it was under threat. It would have been only 5 months …

Fran was efficient very friendly and very helpful.

Miles and Barr have been extremely helpful in our property search and Lynette was amazing when helping us view properties. She was prepared and well informed about the properties, having answers to any questions we had right away!

Lynette was a great help when viewing 4 properties across Canterbury. She was knowledgable about all the different areas and had a good idea of what we were looking for in a house! Highly recommend booking viewings across the city on one day- and with Lynette

We were shown around two properties by Lynette. She was inviting and helpful with knowledge of renovation from personal experience. One property viewing was unplanned but Lynette offered the chance to view the second which we had outlined our interest in. Answered all our questions and appreciated her flexibility. Recommended!

We were really happy with the help and service we received from Miles & Barr during our property search, we had James for our viewings and he was great, he knew everything about the properties and could answer all of our questions.
