Staff have been very helpful at every stage and a great bunch of people to work with. From the initial listing, to finding a buyer and the sales progression at the end was a first class journey. They helped with the onward purchase of our new property and helped us massively with this even though the purchase wasn't through them. Professional and helpful cant recommend them enough.

All the way from Toronto Canada, we wandered in to M&B. We are looking for a small vacation place. We met Brooke Handley and she has been extremely helpful with our search. We have only a very short time here, and we know very little about the area and about the real estate process in the UK (spoiler alert - it is VERY different than in Canada). Brooke made us feel immediately welcome and despite the limitations we imposed, she was able to set up four showings in one day on EXTREMELY short notice. She even highlighted and quickly got us into a very new listing which fits all our criteria. She has been very helpful answering our numerous questions and walked us through the process of purchasing a home here in Canterbury. She followed up the viewings with a phone call to find out our feedback and refine her search options. All-in-all it has been an excellent, positive experience. Well what can I say this company has found us one of the best flats on the market in Canterbury town center. Everyone in the office was so nice and pleasant. Having completed everything, virtually under one roof, an introduction, Through Miles & Barr, to my solicitor, was a great help. Living out side the UK, I thought it would be an issue to review and sign documents. This was never a problem. All went very smoothly. With regular updates. With the completion done, I can now relax.
