I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at John Shepherd estate agency in Cannock, I chose them randomly to ask if they provided evaluations re probate applications. I was met by really friendly and knowledgeable staff and was made to feel really welcome. An appointment was made for a time of my convenience, whereas some estate agencies may charge you, John Shepherd offer this without charge. I wholeheartedly recommend John Shepherd estate agency for novices to these proceedings and also to those used to property sales and evaluations. Lisa
