Lois one of the estate agents has been nothing but amazing in helping us with getting repairs done in our property. As a tenant in previous houses I’ve rented in the past getting repairs and work that needs doing has seemed a challenge. Lois couldn’t help us enough, everything we’ve mentioned to her has been done and within a very good time frame. She goes out of her way to check that we are happy with the work.
