I have been living in a John Shepherd property for 4.5 years and have found them excellent agents. If there are any issues they respond very quickly and get everything fixed. There are regular repairs and updates to the building and communication is clear. I have rented a lot of properties in the past and these have been the best agents I have encountered. Lois Molloy was my Property Manager and she is responsive and understanding. I would definitely rent with them again!
