Have rented out property via these agents for a while now. Previously have had good dealing with Property managers and reasonable call out fees following authorsing same. However the staff have changed and seems thet most be on income targets. Please be aware that they will try to add on costs.Read terms and amend accordingly. Use your own trades persons otherwise you will regret( also ensure you add this to terms that they need to contact you before callout)Charged 260 pounds for callout to replace 2amp fuse in fused socket.Apparently this inc call out and hourly rate.don't know how long it takes to change fuse. Obviously this high fee includes a percentage for Shepherds. If you complain to property manager Julie expect a one sided conversation. In nutshell ground there are loads of other agents out there. They will not charge you for the add on this firms will attempt to charge you for.
